Calendar Empty Day Style Tag

CalendarEmptyDayStyleTag is a subclass of HtmlTableCellTag. It should be used with a CalendarMonthTag

The tag syntax is <calendar:emptydaystyle />

It defines the following attributes

• links (show,hide) whether days should be rendered within an HTML anchor, allowing users to click on the day.
• numbers (show,hide) whether the numbers in the “empty” days should be displayed.

Empty days are those that fall outside of the current month but appear as table cells in the calendar.
