Domain Logic

Sometimes called business logic. Domain Logic represents the calculations and data storage that form the core of the application. These are the reason for the applications existence.

The Domain Model and Transaction Script patterns are methods of organizing domain logic.

Model View Controller is a pattern for isolating the domain logic from the user interface of an application, or its Presentation Logic.
